Mountain West Financial, LLC was formed in July, 2000 with two philosophies:
- The best form of customer service available is to have a live person answer the phone and provide immediate answers to questions and/or solutions to any problem.
- If the policy cancels and does not remain in force - nobody wins.
Mountain West practices these philosophies by employing a knowledgeable staff to answer the phone and deal with questions or issues immediately. No automated attendants or layers of voice mail to waste time or cause frustration.
A very aggressive cancellation prevention program has kept Mountain West's cancellation ratio at 5% or less. Avoiding cancellation in the first place is the key to this program. Target markets include agencies that appreciate fast, hands-on service and are looking to allow Mountain West to customize a premium finance program to fit the agency needs.
In 2004, Mountain West started to promote its Captive Premium Finance Program which provides licensing, software and third party admnistrative services to retail, wholesale and carrier owned premium finance companies.
Since 2004, Mountain West has assisted in forming and licensing 10 premium finance companies and currently provides TPA services to four of those companies. Mountain West currently originates and services more than 5000 loans on an annual basis.
Mountain West Financial, LLC also operates under the trade names of Mountain West Premium Finance and MW Premium Finance Corp.
